I Have Broken My Lawn Mower And Wondered If There Was A Way To Fix It?

I have a Black and Decker Rotary Lawnmower – GR3420. While reajusting the handle bars I accidentally severed the wire connecting the hand controls to the body. Is there any way to reconnect this severed wire?

I Need Advice On What Type Of Lawn Mower To Buy?

Need to buy a lawn mower for my garden – medium size, but don’t know which one. What is the difference between a rotary and a hover, and which one is better? What is the minimum power I should go for? Which are the best brands.? Many thanks.

My Craftsman Mower Fires Up When I Push The Primer A Couple Of Times And Then Immediately Dies. What’s Wrong?

I have a Craftsman rotary push-type mower with a 4.5 HP Briggs & Stratton engine. I tried to start it today after about 6 months of disuse. I had left a little fuel in the tank over the winter. The engine fires up for a couple of seconds after I push the primer a few times and then immediately cuts off. I have replaced the fuel (though did not completely drain it). What could be the problem?

How Much Power Is Needed To Move The Lawn Mower With 120 N Of Force Exerted?

A person exerts a force of 120 N at an angle of 40 degrees on a lawn mower handle as they push the mower. If the mower moves at 1.75 m/s, how much power is used by the person to move the mower?

Looking for a Green Alternative To an Electric Powered Weed Trimmer (string Trimmer)?

I am looking for a green alternative to my current gas-powered weed trimmer, a green substitution comparable to my rotary push mower rather than my old gas mower. It seems crazy to mow the lawn with the push mower then get out the gas-powered string trimmer to do all the edging!
What did people use before gas- and electric-powered weed whackers?

I Think I Have Wrecked The Lawnmower?

because inadevertently tipped it up on it’s end to check the blade and since then it will not start. I know the oil has seeped onto the spark plug so I have been cleaning it. The air filter appears to be okay, so the only thing I can think of is that the engine is full of oil. It’s a Briggs and Sratton??? petrol motor rotary mower. Has anyone any ideas please. No rude answers please!!
Thanks

Craftsman Briggs Stratton Rotary Lawn Mower?

Mine is emitting a black sooty type substance, only just noticed it today. It’s mainly on the handles and along the sides of the mower…It is running fine – no issues apart from this…Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this problem?
