All ok. As you pay more, it will last longer. The Victa has great sentimental appeal, being Australian. The Honda is better made and will last a bit longer, especially if you have a large yard to mow. Having a small yard now and as it was far cheaper, I choose the Australian Victa. If price and loyalty to your country do not matter, get the Honda, relatives and friends with them love them. Key start will never be as long lasting as pull start, as you have more moving parts and a battery to fail. Happy mowing.
i purchased a honda `hr19` 4 stroke pull start mower 12 months ago ,$700, and i love it,garrunteed to start 1st time every time 3 yr warranty, never let me down yet, check the oil ,clean the air filter every time used ,2 beers and the lawn is done ,lasts about an hour + on a tank of straight un-leaded fuel. easy peasy.
I have a victa 550 2 stroke self propelled and would easily say its the best mower on the market also i might add i have to mow a 2 acre motel block all others have failed.
